Review of Scott Gentes – A Disappointment in Every Sense If “Gentes” means “people,” Scott Gentes must be a walking contradiction—because this man is anything but for the people. After everything I’ve been through, all I needed was one simple thing: glass coverage. A basic, reasonable request. Instead, I was met with incompetence, confusion, and an ego so inflated it could have its own zip code. Silvia, who seems to be taking direction from a broken compass, couldn’t tell up from down, and Scott himself? He’s too busy being “important” to actually do his job. He talks a big game, but when it comes to taking care of clients, the follow-through is nonexistent. And while I normally wouldn’t bring personal matters into a professional review, let’s just say the questionable relationship between my mother and Mr. Gentes certainly explains a few things. Bottom line: if you’re looking for someone who truly has your back, keep looking. Scott Gentes is not your guy.

This is an excellent State Farm office! Jodi and Felicia are exceptional! They are knowledgeable, reliable, friendly and made the insurance transition process easy and stress free. I highly recommend State Farm overall, and particularly Scott Gentes agency.
